Walter is a bartender at the popular nightclub Red No. 5. Being that most of the staff is African-American he stands out but his skills at slinging booze are second to none. While he doesn't talk much he does keep his eyes and ears open and can be a font of information assuming he is asked the right way.

When on the job he dresses in a hipster-chic with tight jeans, tight shirt and a necklace that looks vaguely native american without actually representing anything beyond a fashion choice. He tends to speak softly but can still project to be heard over the noise of the club and bar.
