Personality: Her personality is generally abrasive. If there is something she wants to say, she'll say it. If she doesn't like someone or something, they will know, and she is not afraid to start fights, physical or otherwise, even if she can't win. Especially if she can't win. Her self destructive nature was present even before her powers awoken, and regeneration hasn't done anything to hinder it. She also seems to be a little slow in the head, be it natural or from years of substance abuse, is irrelevant. It takes a little longer for her to learn new things and her reading and writing skills are more than a little behind her years. However, she has a very strong sense of loyalty. Friends she makes are friends for life, or until that friendship is betrayed.

Physical Description: Her chestnut brown hair is short and ragged, probably because she had cut it herself and is often dirty like the rest of her. She stands roughly 5'8" and has always been taller than her peers for what little time she had spent in school, though her weight, or lack thereof, makes her look taller than she is. Weighing in at 117lbs, her frame is thin for her height, though not quite thin enough to make her look sickly, but her eyes do. Dark rings and bruising surround and accent her otherwise bright hazel eyes giving the impression that she doesn't get much sleep and/or is fairly sick.

Her clothing generally matches the rest of her. Nothing in particular that matches any sort of style, but there's a good chance that it has holes and isn't clean. She also sports several tattoos. Her two most notable ones are her nick name, Vamp, on her left forearm and a large pair of bloody angel wings on her back.


Any Other Information

Her blood is constantly full of natural toxins that her body produces naturally thanks to her mutation. The effects of contact with her blood generally vary, but it's essentially a cocktail of the various substances she had the pleasure of partaking in during adolescence. For best results, inject directly into bloodstream.

Part of her powers is a minor healing factor. Cuts and wounds generally clear up in a few hours at most and the worst injuries in a day or two or less depending on severity. The biggest effect this has on her body is that it is constantly rending the toxins in her blood inert, the process of which releases another chemical that keeps her in a constant state of consciousness, even when it would be much preferred to be out cold.

Her powers over blood have gotten better over the years. At first, she couldn't affect blood inside other people's bodies beyond giving them a very uncomfortable feeling. However, that has expanded. She can actually crontol the blood inside of a person up to and including physical control of the body. Physical control requires an exeptional amount of effort on Vynn's part and is not particularly graceful. Such control is jerky and forceful but not particularly painful unless significant resistance is given. Beyond that, she can cause blood pressure rise to the point of bleeding from extremedies. She can of course pull blood from cuts it other wounds. The amount of blood that can be pulled from an open wound depends on the size and location of the wound, obviously the more it would bleed, the more she can pull. Once she has it, she can do all sorts of things with it, most notably would be creating very solid edges that she could use in a similar fashion to a whip. That, however, generally requires a large amount of blood, most of which would probably be her own unless there was a large amount just lying around. A more "practical" combat tactic would be turning a splash of blood into a form of dart or needle, which is also useful if people are looking for a very potent high. Beyond that, other obvious applications would be to stop or start bleeding on wounds of all sizes.
