She can teleport anywhere she has been before and can remember accurately enough. Teleporting doesn't tire her at all. She can change position so she could be standing and appear sitting or anything like that. Jumping stops her momentum so she can use it to break a fall and land safely. She can carry along whatever she's touching/carrying and isn't bolted or tied down but also up to a certain weight. Basically if she can lift it she can take it along. When she jumps there's a sort of tear left behind her that closes after a couple seconds, if there are other teleporters they can follow (for good or bad) by using that 'rift'.

Limitations: Needs to have been at or have personally seen her destination before teleporting there. She describes it as more than just knowing how the place looks like as she tried with pictures and videos and couldn't make it. If she is tied to something she can't jump with and the chain/tie is strong enough then it stops her. She can still teleport as far as the chain would go but if she tries to go farther than that she describes it as if getting ripped apart and the one time she tried it she ended up with a dislocated shoulder. Electroshocks mess up her powers and keep her from using them for a bit.

Personality: Happy, excitable, energetic, adrenaline junkie. Fluer is what you would call a fun loving person, always eager to see what lies beyond the next hill. She's had a few run-ins with the law, as some of the things she has done have not been entirely legal. She loves pushing herself to her limits, finding out what those are and then pushing herself beyond them. She never lets things get her down, always looking on the bright side, figuring that life is much too short to spend being angry or upset.

Physical Description: Fluer is rather tall, the thing most people notice first about her is how she tends to tower over everyone around her as she stands at 6'1 high with long, flowing blonde locks that tumble to the middle of her back. She is fit, enjoying outdoor pursuits and spending more time finding new and exciting places than she does indoors. Her eyes are a rather lovely shade of hazel, if she does say so herself!
