Hurley is a big man. His shoulders are broad and strong, and he stands an impressive (for a human) 6'4" tall. His physique is not particularly sharp, but the overall impression is of size and strength.

The big man is covered in a shiny black leather jerkin covered by a dark blue cloak. His smile is wide and easy, and his eyes twinkle with something between friendship and mischief.

Over his shoulder, the stone head of a large battleaxe is readily visible. The axe sparkles with what appear to be naturally embedded green-blue crystals. It is slung diagonally with a crossbow that together forms a large X on his back. Both hands are covered in rough gloves made from the skin of some striped creature. His right wrist is wrapped in a tangle of thin metal tubes and wires. On his left wrist is a silver metal bracer housing a massive retractible forearm blade that looks to be made of more stone with gem-like viens tracing through it.
