Mueller is a vaguely unappealing man, short in stature and thin of build.

The quiet jingle of chainmail can be heard under his tunic.  He carries a short bow and quiver over his shoulder, and a dagger is belted to his waist.

Mueller is travelling to Saltmarsh to deliver a personal missive to one of the clerics in the Temple of Pelor, who is a friend of one of Mueller's teachers.
