Standing a towering 2'3", the halfling before you smiles with courtesy but his eyes tell a very different tale. When not performing on his Banjo, "Bill" typically spends his time near the bottom of a bottle. He loses attention pretty rapidly and doesn't like to stay in one place for long. Those that have traveled with the halfling know he is prone to night terrors.

He wields two shiny scimitars on his hip and is prone to break out into sword swallowing or juggling his sabers if an opportunity to make some coin arises, or if he's bored.
