The years have changed Vae'Lyra. She has aged into a beautiful young woman. Pale blue skin and long dark blue (almost black) hair is typically braided and out of the way. Glowing red runes are tattooed across her body. Starting above her left eye and moving downward across her cheek, neck, collarbone, breast and down her side. The runes also continue across her shoulder and down her left arm.

Growing up in Slaney, she wore simple clothing and very little jewelry. In her travels, she began to wear more expensive and colorful clothing. She began to wear more jewelry. Around her neck is a necklace of a wolf (from Stoneclimb). The ring of Loki is always on her finger.

Her nose, most often, is found in a book. She is constantly either reading or writing. Sometimes she can be found sketching pictures.

Fluttering around her is a beautiful white butterfly. It is sometimes perched on the top of her book or on her shoulder. This is her familiar.
