History:  Sheeve doesn't really discuss why he left the Red Clan, but he's an open book about most other things, preferring to talk of things that might actually have a chance of improving or affecting life rather than what-ifs and whys.  In truth, he couldn't stand the treatment he watched his sister go through, not to mention his cousin Marshall, who also left with him when he wanted to see the world for himself.  Curiosity got the cat, and Sheeve is supremely curious about life and those around him, striving to learn more and to work to improve what he can.
