As you can tell, this game is about The Crusaders, Central City's mainstay in the modern era of the superhuman. The PC's are members of The Crusaders, and will have access to the base, vehicles, and other amenities of a top notch group of heroes. The main antagonists will be world class villains and the occasional natural disaster. Keeping all this in mind, everything else in the game should be about as you suspect it will be.
