Marian, Daughter of Corwin and Lorraine

Standing a petite 5'3", Marian is a pretty young thing.  Wavy blonde shoulder-length hair frames delicate feature that are more often than not smiling while her pale-green eyes consider the world around her with a bright and dare I say burning intelligence.

The eldest of her brood of siblings, Marian grew up faster than some of her brothers and sisters and, early on, was given responsibilities within Avalon and the castle.  These responsibilities grew over the years though possibly more importantly, she took on the role of 'big sister' with some aplomb, and participated in their tutoring.

Those who know her well will know that she is far from martial or indeed physical in her outlook to solving problems.   That's not to say that she is weak or incapable of defending herself - far from it - but she tends towards more diplomatic or indeed magical solutions.   Yes, you'd know she is a Sorceress of some skill and rather well versed in the use of the Pattern (strong enough that the family considers her a more than capable tutor.)

Those who know her particularly well will know that she has two prised possessions:   The first is a charm bracelet that she wears constantly.  It is a constant and pleasant jingle as she moves.  It features charms representing her family, various important life events, places of meaning to her and forth.  The second is a butterfly hairpin which also represents her symbol.

Finally, Marian has taken over the duties of keeping the family's trump gallery up to date as Queen Oriana (who some might know was also her teacher) is, needless to say, a very busy woman.   With Marian able to take on that mantle, she ensured that all new family members were added to the deck and that everyone received copies of the 'new editions' to the deck.
