Physical Character Information: Chance is a tower of a man standing in at near on six foot five inches tall. He is one of those figures that makes mountains look small. It isn’t just his height that is intimidating, but the ocean of muscles beneath his broad athletic frame that puts people on edge. With long arms, long legs, and hands the size of dinner plates.

 But that alone would scare most people. Then you factor in his mutation, he does not look like a normal human. He is a cross between a crocodile and a human. With a maull of razor-sharp teeth and black claws tipping his fingertips. His hide is covered in a layer of gray scales. And he has not helped with his monstrous operations. With his daily exercise, meditation, and diet he has sculpted his physique and mind into a well-oiled machine.  Making his large frame an example of a man who uses it constantly and well, and every move is an example of coordinated might. Yet there is still something about the way he carries himself that one would not expect from one of his size or demeanor. One would expect that he would carry himself off as let's be frank a Beast. But that is as far from the truth as possible.

Unable to grow hair on any part of his body. It is strange to say but the markings of the scales make up for that. It looks as if he is sporting an old-school military high and tight.  Running along his right cheek just under his eye is a jagged scar that runs down to his jawline. His eyes are his most striking feature as they look to be two gleaming blue ice chips. When looking into his eyes it is like looking into two frozen ponds with deep rich crystalline blues piercing your very soul. His face is fair yet there is an animalistic and dark beauty to it. It is magnetic and frightening all at once. He holds a quiet mystique, his presence is almost palpable, drawing others to him, almost commanding their attention.

Personality: Chance is inherently good, as he tries to help people constantly and always stands up for what he believes in. He strives to always protect those he cares about fiercely.  Although he is kind-hearted and cares about everyone, even if they deserve it or not, he is incredibly stubborn. For those few that call him a friend, there is non truer.  As he would walk through the gates of hell if it meant saving your life. But even the most kind-hearted of individuals have their dark side.  For he is just as vengeful if you were to ever cross that line from friend to enemy. It would be safer on the other side of hell's gate thin to face his wrath. And once there it is almost impossible to regain his full trust in you.

Known Powers/Skills:
Leviathan Physiology: Due to his unusual physiology, he is capable can manipulate his size of 6'5 to 13' while retaining his physical proportions, he is also able to alter his density to account for the larger size. His strength and durability are proportional to the size assumed, that being 2x his normal.

Natural Attacks: Due to his hybrid nature, he was born with razor-sharp claws, crocodile teeth, and a massive tail. His teeth are strong enough to tear through steel plates with a single bite, His claws are sharp enough to tear through them as well. His tail can hit with a ton of pressure behind it.

Prehensile Tongue/Tail: Is able to make his tongue/tail grow longer and grasp and manipulate objects with them. The muscles in his tongue /tail are strong enough that he is able to pierce his target.

Dragons Breath: He is capable of generating and manipulating water within him in a way that allows him to shape and exhale it to different effects. These shapes can include bursts, streams, spheres, or even a mist of it from the mouth.

Like the fabled dragons of old his breath weapon is accompanied by a resounding roar. So loud that it can blow away or break objects. With the use of his ferocious vocal cords which can produce vibrations strong enough to shatter glass. He may also be able to emit a roar strong enough to damage hearing and cause fear, or paralyzation. The force caused by the roar may even cancel out opposing attacks. It can also be used to alert someone of the user's location. Much as the name donates it is reminiscent of a Dragons breath weapon.

Dragon Hide: His skin is that of a crocodile's thick and hard to pierce. Making him harder to damage.

Increased Strength: His strength is on par with some of the world's strongest normal humans. But it is still not by any means ungodly or perfect.

Increased Speed: can move faster than the peak members of their species, making it very difficult for one to be able to react to them. The users of this ability are also very resistant or even outright immune to the side effects of moving at such speeds. These effects include but are not limited to, g-force, inertia, intense heat build-up, massive kinetic energy build-up, etc. They are capable of swimming 64-616 km/h. In water only
