Some people call me Joe though honestly I don’t really have a preference.

Josep is not a physically imposing figure. He stands in at 5’10” with a wiry, athletic build though the loose yet stylish clothing he tends to wear hides it. He prefers to keep his hair on the short side though still long enough to be styled if the mood ever strikes him. His eyes are dark and while there are some who claim they are “the windows to the soul” that is certainly the case for him on occasion. It is easy to tell what is on his mind just from his expression. The norm is a sense of excitement or optimism in his eyes. Unfortunately for him or at least in his opinion it is unfortunate that he suffers from what most would call a “baby face”. He hates the fact especially since his face is incapable of growing any sort of facial hair. Overall with his looks, stance and everything else it is safe to say he does not come across as outstanding in any way with many not even noticing at times.

Roil

The being that has been adopted by Rook is small in stature as it normally stands in at around ten inches. Normally being the operative word as it can make itself smaller due to well being Roil. The creature looks like a little brown/grayish blob with limbs along with little amber eyes and mouth. Those are the only facial features it possesses and the only other noticeable traits are the amber lines that could possibly be its veins. When it is in complete darkness its veins along with its eyes glow in the dark and there times when its emotions causes the color to change to change briefly as if to indicate when its emotions run high or low. It can bring its limbs into its body until it resembles a ball or stretch them out long as well as harden its body into a rock like substance. When it comes to communication it makes noises that sound like bubbled garbles that no one but Rook seems to understand for whatever reason. It also seems childlike in nature and mannerisms as well as having a sense of curiosity that can be trying to say the least.

    When you scope out a person or place, roll + Mundane. On a 10+, ask two. On a 7-9, ask one.

    On a miss, you find yourself in over your head. The GM will tell you why this is a bad spot.

  • No powers and not nearly enough training

    You're always picking up new gear to keep yourself in the game. Whenever you pick up a new piece of gear, you can write it in as a new ability if this line is empty.    Hard Light Weaponry   

    The first time you use each piece of gear to directly engage a threat, unleash your powers, or defend someone, you can roll + Mundane instead of the normal Label.

  • C’mon, Lucky

    You have a pet of some kind, a smaller companion that helps you out. Detail it. Choose three basic moves (Comfort/Support, Defend, Directly Engage a Threat) and tell the GM how it helps you with those moves. Whenever your pet could help you, take +1 to that move. If your pet ever gets hurt, treat it as taking a powerful blow.
