Declan is a Shadar-Kai of alabaster skin.  Like all Shadar, his eyes are pitch black.  He has long shoulder length midnight black hair, usually unbound and loose.  Declan is a bit tall for a Shadar-Kai, standing around 5'9"-5'10" or so.  His build is lean and athletic.  Dressed in light gear, he clearly not meant to be on the front lines, slugging it out.  He has a custom fitted quiver on his back, fletching seen over his left shoulder and a long knife on one hip but little else in the way of martial supplies.
