What’s the code to color text?

I tried the html <font color=“purple”>but it doesn’t seem to work</font>.

You just type the color :)

Like this <Orange>orange</Orange>. If in doubt, you can always highlight text and use the menus below. It'll apply the appropriate code and you can see how it might look. Colors are in the "Style text:" dropdown below the text box.
