A large chemical plant that has been shut down for years. The Deputy mayor is being kept on the second floor.

Hunter was currently on an adjacent building wiht a pair of binoculars scoping out the building and waiting for whatever backup Rick was planning on sending , considering the situation it would probably be SWAT or possibly some of his compatriot seither way it was time to play the waiting game.

Mirage had teleported her and the mysterious Stormwalker as close to the Chemax building as she could remember.  She knew the building but had never been in it so she oculdn't visualize a proper spot inside.

Mirage and Stormwalker made their way to the Chemax building, finding a handy rooftop that gave a good view of the place.

"If you want to cause a bit of a ruckus up front, I'll see what I can do to sneak in the back."

  She grinned, and said "I guarantee they'll be watching me, most of them."  She lifted off, flying around to the front, even as dark stormclouds formed overhead.  She made sure with a quick look that the street was clear, then brought the lightning of the stormclouds above roaring down, the cacophany tremendously loud, and bringing the folks inside running.

Spotting  MIrage and anew Paraon a nearby rooftop Hunter  made it over with a leap landing a bit away. "Who's the new girl?" HE asked Mirage.

Mirage gave Hunter a nod of a greeting as she watched Stormwalker do her distraction.

"She's one of Jordans, I think.  Her names Stormwalker.  She doesn't seem to be much for stealth but she makes a fine distraction, don't you think?"  She looked over to the Chemax building proper.  "I assume that you're here to help save the Deputy Mayor?  I was just about to head in myself.  Shall we team up?"

  StormWalker grinned as bullets sprayed over her, and they could see the things falling to the ground, flattened.  She hadn't been kidding about being bulletproof.  And with the lightning, it WAS a gorgeous distraction.

Don thinks a moment. "Maybe I should sit this one out... There was a demon outbreak at the Porche dealership tore me up pretty bad." Hunters costume had been all torn up across the front and the flesh was still raw.

Mirage looked at Hunters torn costume, reaching out to run her hand over the torn clothes.

"Fair enough.  You do have a daughter to raise after all.  You can't be as ridiculously reckless as me."  She said with a grin.  "I'll beat someone up for you, darling."

Mirage gave Hunter a small wave and then somersaulted over the edge of the building.  She disappeared in a cloud of crimson smoke seconds later, only to reappear on the roof of the Chemax building.

Using her illusionary powers, Mirage cloaked herself in shadows and, finding a way into the building, began to prowl the hallways looking for the Deputy Mayor.

MIrage hears a womans voice "Vanish, take the deputy mayor and get back to Rehab let him know we were found out, and remind him I can handle myself." The voice was coming a few doors to MIrages right if she hurried she could stop them before WHoever Vanish was, well vanished.

Vanish?  That must be that girl teleporter that Mirage had heard about.  She didn't recognize the speaker nor did she know who Rehab was.  It did sound like there was something else going on behind all of this.  The woman speaking did say that they had been 'found out'.  She'd have to ask them once she'd beaten them up.

First thing was to remove the Deputy Mayor from harms way and then these villains and Mirage could play properly.  She would have to move quickly.

Mirage crashed through the door in a billowing plume of dark smoke.  A nice sinister laugh would have worked well, but there was no time.  In addition to the smoke, Mirage used her illusion casting powers to add in a few ninjas to distract the villains while she went for the Deputy Mayor.  Everyone loved ninjas after all.

Smoke and ninjas serving as cover and distraction, Mirage quickly looked around for the deputy mayor and would rush to him, and hopefully teleport him away.

Mirage appeared in the room, its occupants being two reheads one a brighter shade that was cut neck lengthe and wearing a black body suit with sleeves going up to the elbow and holes where the knees would be. The other a darker shade wearing goggles and sporting Rave attire.. THe black suited woman stepped forward as  the ninjas appeared throwing white blades that seem to just appear in her hands.

The Mayor is on the far side of hte room near the window where the sounds of Gunfire and storms can be heard tied and gagged in a chair.

Mirage leapt through the air and off of one wall as she avoided the knives being thrown by the woman in the black suit.  She wasn't here to fight them just yet, that's what the ninjas were for.

Instead, seeing the Deputy Mayor all trussed up, Mirage had an idea.

Thick black smoke filled the room.  Smoke and ninjas.  It took a bit of effort on Mirages part to keep the illusion as realistic as she could and controlling the action so intently.  The ninja leader chose to challenge the woman with the knives directly but she was too good of course.

It required split second timing but Mirage kept the room filled with her illusionary distractions as she grabbed hold of the Deputy Mayor and vanished.

The leader of the Ninjas drew out his sword and attacked the woman with the knives.  Their fight lasted all of 20 seconds before he was forced to retreat due to several very nasty looking slashes.

"Justice Ninja Team!  Fall back!" he shouted and the ninjas ran out of the room, their attempt to free the Deputy Mayor having failed.  It didn't take long for the smoke in the room to fade away after the ninjas were gone.

Once more it was the two women and the bound deputy mayor.  The mayor glared at the women, while secretly, Mirage, disguised as the Deputy Mayor, smiled.  Take me to your leader.

"Alright Vanish take us to base before they get more tools of the man in here.:

Vanisher nodded an the three women disappeared.
