OOC:  We have had no environment volunteer, unless I missed someone saying they would.  You're welcome to post in the OOC thread for one again, but otherwise we need to stay visible on the map.  You are also welcome to re-take your turn if you don't want to re-post the environment volunteer request.

EDIT: Brakt will be our environment volunteer, with a weekend pause.  My turn will be up tomorrow.

Thraxis's first action will be a standard to summon a fiendish direbat at (F4,G5)+1.  Does its blindsense find you within 40'?  (The rest of my turn depends on that result.)

5 things:

1) The first was unnecessary because E1 is not able to make the attack.

2) Trying to move into a foe's square causes the dc's to be 5 higher for any attacks that would be provoked while doing it.  http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fm#v5748eaic9nic  (The only practical effect here is that eagle 4 also gets an attack, but you may want to be aware of it for the future.)

3)  Failing one of the acrobatics checks means you fail to enter the foe's square and end the move action in addition to provoking. (next entry at same faq page)

4)  If you do figure out an alternate way around after the burnt move action, do you have the discovery for a third hand?  (I know some alchemists do, and that would work.) Because I see you holding an arrow with one hand and firing a bow with two hands.

5)  You edited your combat post.

I thought you only increase the DC by 5 for the foe you're trying to move through. And that you only lose the action if you fail the check for the enemy you're trying to move through.

I don't even know what you're trying to say with number 4.

For the acrobatics: From the faq, regarding acrobatics to avoid attacks of opportunity:  "The DC also increases by +5 if you attempt to move through a foe."  If you're trying to avoid attacks while moving into an opponent's square, the DC is 5 higher.  If you fail, you're stopped and the attack happens.

For 4: You started the turn with an imfused tangleshot arrow in your hand.  Then you drew another one and imfused it.  Then you drew your bow and later fired it.  If you have a vestigial limb  discovery or something similar (to hold the extra arrow), it works fine.  Otherwise it doesn't.

I was operating under the assumption I don't have to hold a piece of ammo in order to infuse it, since it doesn't say I have to.

w/e I don't feel like pressing the Acrobatics issue. I'll stop arguing the point if you let me move the swift action to infuse after the attack, so that stops being an issue.

Are you firing from C6, then?  (That would provoke from the two eagles you hadn't provoked from with your failed move, if that makes a difference.)

With your concession on the acrobatics, I'm willing to let you re-choose your standard action as well as your swift (feel free to entirely change it, not just move it's timing), as your character would have known she didn't have three hands and that she was in a different situation than you thought when you declared the standard.
