OOC: As always, any special effect created by a spell, SLA, item or temporary activated ability must be listed under "Effects". If it is something with no sensory giveaways, then you can put it in a private line to your referee. But all effects are assumed to have sensory "giveaways" unless noted otherwise.

For example, Bull's Strength would create runes of strength on the target or cause the target's muscles to bulge or their arms and legs to glow with power or whatever since the spell does not EXCLUSIVELY say that others cannot see the effects. However, a successful Spellcraft check is necessary to know WHAT the effect is.

So simply stating "unknown effect, DC15 to Spellcraft to know" is also okay, but you need to be paying attention to other people's rolls when they make Spellcraft checks (whichever everybody makes ONE check and simply compares it to ALL DCs).

A look of slight confusion comes across Nyssa's face as she senses through her link with Elaith that Grunyar can no longer be seen or smelled by her companion.  Wagging a finger at Gunyar, she says, "that's not very nice.  Elaith was just going to give you a hug.  BY THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP SHE SHALL FIND YOU FOR THIS HUG!"  Suddenly, the spell that had protected Gunyar from Elaith's senses is striped away.  Then Elaith goes in for the hug.  With her teeth.  And claws.  The sort of very enthusiastic full-of-pointy-things hug that only large cats can give.

I'm making the possibly incorrect but seemingly probable assumption that the potion was a regular level 1 potion, and not one that you crafted with a higher caster level.  If for some reason it didn't dispel with that check, let me know, and I can change my turn as appropriate.

Also, if we putting in effects of items, not sure if that applies to items of static stat boost and things like cloaks of resistance or not, never seen that done so I don't know if that was what Arkim meant?  If so, I'll just come out and say I've got a belt of +2 strength and cloak of resistance +1.
