All +4 areas not adjacent to 3 or more other + squares are hanging bridges that are only 5 feet thick and characters can move underneath them normally (assuming they're not more than 20 feet tall). Other + locations are solid walls all the way up from the floor. The lone +6 squares are just pillars.

Remember, moving UPWARDS costs 3 squares per 1 square moved and moving DOWNWARDS costs 2 squares per 1 square moved.

Ario dashes south toward the southern steps, drawing his bow.  He leaps the last bit of distance, landing safely.  "May the best rogue win!"  He says, hopefully but not expectantly.
