Matt's basic qualifications in rituals have him point out "Well, the blood fountain seems to have some healing properties, that should help." Yes we know it's basically a location 'minor action: spend a heal surge', it still counts!
He heads for the spooky wall of assorted Elves bemoaning their fate (and one very annoyed looking dwarf). "They'd have to be willing to come to us instead of staying where they are. And if I know my spooky cults by now, that would mean abandoning whatever evil magical doodads they use to cheat in a fight, so they will just stand there and shake their fists, tentacles, or assorted at us."
Let's see, scenery "destruction", athletics, carry the- Okay Matt's modifier for this exactly matches the DC, so it is impossible for him to fail. He does however, have a ridiculous time saving method even considering that.
"Hey, the eternally damned guy next to you is dazed!" This transparent ploy is helped by 'is a wall' not doing any favors for your insight checks, each victim grabbing for other victims in a confused but determined manner. That dealt with, Matt grabs the dwarf by the shoulders (His being the most sturdy), and yanks the entire crowd to freedom like a barrel of monkeys championship winner.
"Please crawl to safety in an orderly manner."
Further into the next room, the Green dragon shakes her fist but does not move away from the indoor maelstrom.
