I too was years ago a member of Sol Haven / South Down in Meridies back in the day.

I know people down in Meridies.

Some of those guys made a long lasting impression on me. I drove an hour to practice in South Downs despite living 20 mins from Vulpine Reach.

I'll never forget John Madkelt grinning at me from behind that coffin lid (right before I heard a 'DING').

Wow very much a small world! Sir John is a true gentleman and I havent seen him for years. I recall being 'killed' by Sir John many a time :D

I also miss other people... Thomas The Wordsmith, Sir Savogg, truly remarkable peeople.

the game thread is active. Maria, can i see your character sheet soon please. use what is posted in the The crossroads of Vandis thread to begin. Try to avoid backtracking to much. Everyone has some kind of immediate action tied to their character that led them to be in the tavern. you are welcome to also pursue these things as I push you to your doom in the planned campaign. remember that I will be making two groups that will not be doing the same quest but they will be connected. you are welcome to filter into your own groups, if not i will offer a set of groups during the early stage of the quests.

damn, i think we just started a new netflix series with one spin off and a movie built in.

Seems watchable so far.

From my experience with the GM, pretty much everything they run turns out like a Netflix show with a built in movie.
