There was Inline's van.  They were waiting for her...

"Hey, kids," Camila said as she got in.

"Hey yourself," said Pitt.  She sniffed the air.

"...right," she said.  "This is serious business.  This place has been playing games, experimenting on our kind.  Rumor has it that they're trying to engineer new... people.  Not that they think of them that way.  But it could get weird."

"I did find some cryptic information alluding to that," Camila said.

"Go on," Pitt said.

"I found that they're looking into the causes of demi-humans and 'treatment'," Camila said.

Pitt's eyes narrowed and her ears went flat.

"I think they're about to have a very, very bad day," she said.

"Indeed they are," Camila said.

"What are you packing?" Pitt asked.  "You'll want something heavy for this."

Camila popped her claws.

"This is all I have."

"Sure you don't want something heavy?  Like a gun?" Pitt asked.

"I'm not very good with one," Camila said.

"You'd better be careful, then," said Pitt.  "Word is there's some bad stuff at this place."

"I'll just stick with you guys," Camila said.

"All right," said Pitt.  "Stay close to me, then."

"Sure thing," Camila said.

They arrived at the site...

Camila took a few deep breaths to calm herself down.

"Let's do this."
