I have had time now to go over his gear/feats/class features, he is dead I see nothing to save him, so feel free to continue Maelstrom.  If I missed something to bad he has had plenty of time to chime in.

Looking over at his friend Brakt, Maelstrom says “Our greatest splendor is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” During his speech, Maelstrom noticed Josep muttering something and he could here the crowd gasp and point at him.

He then stared at his now visible form “what?” He padded himself down. “How am I visible?”

He looks up at Josep “Oh no.”

Surprisingly, all of Josep’s attacks missed. All twenty-one of them. But Maelstrom wasn’t complaining. He took a brief step toward the mage and unleashed a series of punches and kicks. He threw a punch “How” He tried a spinning kick “does it feel” he drove a knee into another mirage “feel to be champion?” Fighting and talking is tough to do at the same time. Maelstrom needed more cardio.

Maelstrom falls to the ground. He was winded.

The save cures the poison, as in you no longer need to make any saves, but any damage inflicted remains.

As Josep shifted, so did Maelstrom. Why was Josep always mumbling to himself? He had no idea. Maelstrom was grateful that Teeny and Tinny’s teamwork reduced the number of images left. He was going to land one punch on Josep if it was the last thing he did! Surprisingly, he actually hit the mage. Josep’s foot work was shoddy. Maelstrom took advantage of that. Sliding around the mage’s hand waving and muttering, Maelstrom landed a few more decent blows.

“Still standing eh? I guess you’re the champion for a reason.”
