 Welcome to the artillery championship !
 We have a robot bomberman in one corner and a spider-person with a laser canon on the other, this is going to be fun to watch.

 I've taken a look at your sheet, nothing jumped to my eyes as illegal (though there is some crafty stuff in there...)

 Whenever you're ready, Tina, and make sure to update the map.

Also, does the catapult fit in your heavy load?  If not, it can't be on your gear list or in the arena with you.

Well, we're only allowed to craft items, so if you made it I think carrying capacity applies.  Either way, as a creature, the minions rule should apply.

Well, the arena uses the average weights for creatures, so a gargantuan creature would weigh 70.5 tons. :-P

 My first instinct is to say the gargantuan animated object is more akin to an eidolon or cohort than it is to a hireling or follower.
 I will consult the arcanes of character creation/arena rules and get back to you.

 Clearly, the carrying capacity is a non-issue ; sentient creatures carry themselves.

 On one hand, it seems only fair to allow a spellcaster to craft a Construct, just as a Summoner would have an Eidolon or a Ranger an Animal Companion. The feat/features/gold investment is very similar, so it doesn't seem unbalanced.

 On the other hand, "Animal companions, familiars, cohorts, special mounts, eidolons and summoned creatures are allowed but not hirelings, followers or purchased creatures," and "Crafting an item merely means that you acquire it for half the normal GP/BP cost".

 That is to say that even if you craft the item, you're still using a "purchased creature".

 I have to rule the Animated Catapult illegal, unless GM Arkrim amends this rule.

That was creative and brilliant risk and probably would have murdered me pretty much outright if it came through.  So, kudos on that. That said, while your gamble didn't pay off I'd be fine with you not losing everything for it.  Go ahead and take your pick of reassigning the BP to other items, or change Promethean Disciple to another discovery, whichever you find more valuable.

Also, while I hope animated objects never make it into the arena proper, I think robo-rally matches might be a lot of fun.
