The problem with mythic tiers is that unless both you and your opponent have 25,000 bp, you have to specifically request to use mythic tiers in battle. and even then, if your opponent doesn't have mythic tiers and you do, then the match cant move forwards because mythic vs non-mythic is not allowed under any circumstances.

and while mythic tiers are great, they are, as josep has pointed out in the past, grossly overpowered and i dont know how many people will actually go for that.
now granted i can always keep two separate iterations of latro around for when i want to go lvl 20 antipaladin mythic vs lvl 20+ antipaladin multiclassed but that's a lot of work.
And i switch my sheet around to fight whoever i'm facing in the first place.

Perhaps once players have accumulated more than 25,000 BP, it should just be understood that if you go up against someone like that, you run the risk of fighting someone with a mythic tier or two at their disposal and the whole mythic vs non-mythic thing can be over looked, but only for that.

As a side note, i've always wanted to do a juggernaut match where the juggernaut was mythic and the challengers were not.

Yeah, the mythic juggernaut can't happen by these rules, which is a bit sad. Probably a good balance call, but as a naïve player I'm more interested in cool fights than mechanical balance, so I don't take that perspective :D

Yup, and we've seen the same from Brakt and Josep and probably more people :P As long as mythic powers don't offset the chance of protecting against one-turn-wins, it shouldn't be a problem!

Yep. Just make sure the primary class and race doesn't change. You can switch up being "advanced" race or not, but not change the actual race. You do not have to reset the leaderboard or name, just the thing that's changing. Resets give you the OPTION to reset name and leaderboard but you don't have to. So if you are Sorcerer 4/Rogue 3/Trickster 4 and want to go +1 Trickster, PM the GM and they'll change you from Sorcerogue to Arcane Trickster. No biggie. And if the GM is busy just let your opponent know in the mean time.

Seeing as the level cap is now 30, what should we do if we get a base class to lvl 20?
Are we forced to start multiclassing and loose our favored class bonuses or do we have the option to use the not exactly official paizo suggested ways of advancing base classes past lvl 20?
I know how much you hate multiclassing and even duel classing to an extent so how do we avoid the penalties of doing so when there are no real official paizo rules for epic leveled base classes?

 So, my tag currently says Sorcerer, but I’m 100% wizard.
 In past iterations, Josep has been either straight wizard, straight sorcerer, or wizard with a sorcerer dip.
 Can I be a Sorcezard and keep that flexibility for future Josep builds ?
 If I have to stop weaseling about, I’d rather stick with Wizard.

Psh Josep. You only have to pay 160bp, that's nothing. If Latro or I decide to change around, that's like, 300BP plus we've got to shell out now.  Speaking of Latro... Once this Championship is over and done, I'll be happy to check out some mythic stuff if you want to have a 1-2 Mythic Tier match? Hopefully the championship BP will pay for the tiers :)

Also... Today's Christmas Eve in Australia, so I've got about 8 hours, and then I'll be off for 2-3 days.  You guys may want to find another ref unfortunately.

Just going through the Hall of Heroes, and I believe that my last battle now holds the record for most damage in 1 round?

After rolling Vicious and Bane, the total damage dealt to Boad was 283 damage.  If you include the vicious damage to myself, the total dealt was 307.

Your tag must have you primary class. Your primary class is whichever class you have the MOST levels in.

If you're a Sorcerer 9/Cleric 1, you can just be Sorcerer. You don't have to be a Sorcleric or a Clericerer.

If you're Brawler 6/Barbarian 4 you can just be "Brawler", although I recommend Brawlbarian because it sounds way more awesome.
