~50% 1 class and 50% another is fine.

Even 50/50 then a prestige class is fine.

But taking only 1 or 2 levels in a class JUST to get that ONE ability you like?

Also, Maelstrom is normally a Monk, but has been an unchained monk in one or two fights. I know the arena rules state that unchained classes are their own base class. Can we leave my tag as 'monk' as the monk and unchained monk classes are similar and not likely to mislead?

Of course, I understand with Christmas a lot of people are busy with that for the next few days.

Honestly, there are a few maps I chose not to suggest - so this one does fit my purposes :) But I have no specific strategy for it, I just prefer something else than the standard open map :)

Once the juggernaut is over, I’ll be available for being monster or reffing or such. I won’t be in the championship anyway :p

Nah, just "monk" can be classic or unchained so hurray for you on that technicality. Same goes for rogue and barbarian and summoner.

I get the 2 level dips, because you don't lose much progression. If you're half wizard/martial I get that was well... Though why when you can be a magus?

I don't understand why anyone would 50/50 dip martial classes though. Just makes everything worse. Maybe, just maybe, you're a paladin who wants rage rounds, or extra feats... But that's just me lol

Brawlbarian makes me lose my stack of d6 rolls, and I lose a flurry attack, but one day :O

I agree, the 50/50 dips are actually hard to justify unless it leads to a prestige class, imo. There's like one version I can think of, and that's when you have 50% fighter because you want to have good combat capabilities with whatever other class/concept you have in mind.
One- or two-level dips can be really powergamey, but I think they can also work quite well in a story... Or in a concept.

Merry Christmas all, do we get an extra 100BP wrapped under the tree? I’ve been really good this year.

Also, last I remember playing the Islands, i thought we’d casually throw bombs and ray at each other from our respective islands, but soon enough Tina was chomped by a killer whale. We shouldn’t keep those in a tank really.
