Darek is excited and relieved, the excitement almost awe as he has figured out how to create the gateway he saw Taim do. he would like smell a lot of residual adreniline from when he revealed he could channel, and waited for reactions.

Re: OOC III
Before leaving (I'm assuming this includes the verbal confrontation between Jennor and Xander):

Before Xander challenged/threatened him, Jennor was guarded in his comments and perhaps uncomfortable discussing the Dragon Reborn openly.

After Xander's confrontation: Jennor was feeling a bit confused as to why Xander had suddenly become hostile & threatening, however mostly there was a feeling of cold calmness that settled in as Jennor assumed a stance ready to defend himself

After Xander re-enters: he would sense a mix of wariness and slight tension in Jennor, though Xander's return does not seem to alter Jennor's mood

Gamemaster:
Working on special skills and feats for classes.  I feel 1 feat every 3 is fairly slow considering how slow Level raises are, and how many feats one has to take when you need 4 others before you can take the one you want.

Well with these upcoming changes in mind, I may decide to hold off upgrading Jennor.  Though I do think I will be switching out the Armsman levels for Dai'dore.

WEARY/TENSE

That should be WARY/TENSE.

Weary implies fatigue.

Re: OOC III
OK  people this is a think tank--Look at your classesa and tell me what you think should be added in the way of class skills and also in any special abilities or feats that should be part of the class.

Like I believe Aiel Al'gai'd'sis'waw should have unarmend combat feats, as they were said to be able to kill without weapons.

I am thinking of adding a Feat: Intuition   It could be usable by many classes.

Something like Woodland Stride/Trackless Step. Maybe even the Combat Training ability.

A rage feat for me :P

Re: OOC III
The extra feats cover a lot of the Channeling classes and advancement.

I've always hated the latent feats. You should be able to take a feat and have the actual ability, whether Maker, Treesinger, Sniffer, etc.

I'd definatly take Sniffer (definatly fits), perhaps Old Blood as well. And maybe the Dream feats at some point (already got Dreamwalk).

Course I can see why there are latent feats-the feats they lead to are relatively powerful (Old Blood, Sniffer, Dream Feats) but the treesinger ones not as much.

Look at the Revised version of this class in the UtDB Netbook, it includes the unarmed attack ability.

Re: OOC III
Treesinger allows lots of creation for free. I don't see the abilities of latent feats being very powerful. Better tracking but still costs at least one feat, create armor, weapons, etc, make angreal, cuendilar, etc.

In game, with the level based weaves, how often would any of these abilities be used, and what would their real impact be?

For instance, Sniffer would allow you to track Berylin, but we'd still have to get to her, confront her, etc.

Ogier warrior sings gear he can use, OK.. after that what does he do with the ability?

Making. OK, given enough time and resources, he could craft weapon, armor, teasets, etc. In game, how much time would he have to do this, and how big of an impact would it have, especially at higher levels. Plus, things like Align the Matrix to make Power Wrought blades is level based weaves, starting with dagger and spear points  and working up to various sizes of swords, axes, etc.
