The OOC Strikes Back

because the other OOC was nearing its limit...

For those of you who haven't seen this yet, it's a fun little game, involving Medieval royalty, several assorted fortresses, and a large trebuchet...

Re: The OOC Strikes Back

Interestingly, as you go through the game, knocking down towers, you draw a line across the land...

That sounds like something the adversaries in some game I'm in are doing, but I can't quite place which one.  Hmm...grin

You're slipping WJG. I remember the day when you would have been in before Dworkin :)

Re: The OOC Strikes Back

Probably all part of a fiendishly cunning and deviously underhanded plan, lulling everyone into a false sense of security.

Ridiculous how much fun it can be to trebuchet a castle, though...

Indeed, it's been a long time since I've cheered over royal families being crushed by that which was meant to protect them.

Are you saying you wish to use that little lose-control-thing on me again, Dor?

"You are a royal failure..."

I don't like that game. :(

I never win the OOC races. Of course, I'd actually have to be around more to do so.. O.o

Re: The OOC Strikes Back

Castles 17 and 23 gave me the most trouble, but I've decided that the phrase, "Shooting yourself in the foot," would mean something a lot more dramatic than it does now, if it had developed in the age of the trebuchet.

Regrettably, yes.  Must be the age thing.  Reflexes slowing down, that sort of problem.  Dworkin, of course, being immortal and one with the pattern, really doesn't suffer from this.
