[Leaps over and grabs her by the shoulders, staring at her wide-eyed.]

[Berd awakens, looks at Lexy.  His tail, much like a finger, makes a quick circling motion beside his 'temple'.  Goes back to sleep]

Um... OK. Let's plot to destroy the pattern, steal the jewel , and make our own universe. Sound like fun?

Yes!  Great idea!  And we'll enlist the Courts to help us, planning on betraying....

[pauses, then slumps]  Darn it, that one's been done before, hasn't it?

Hmmm... I would've thought you could have come up with an idea for something really big...  ;o)

Well, the sad part was I was toning down. My original plan was to use William Godfreid, but NO ONE deserves that.

[Berd shuts his eyes again, and turns away in disgust]

[Berd, in disgust, flaps over to the popcorn machine and begins grazing]

Funny? FUNNY? Every time I hear his voice, the urge to kill rises. I saw him do the Just For Laughs festival... HE ISN'T EVEN FUNNY! He's ranked right up there with Roseanne.

He's funny in movies...

[Berd turns head and snorts popcorn, blowing it out of his nose]

Well he is!  In Aladdin, anyways.  :(

[Berd flies over to Lexy and rolls on his back to have his tummy scratched]

*scratches tummy of Berd* See, someone agrees with me... and it's not hard to be funny when someone else writes your script for you. I would so slap him if I ever met him.

[Berd glances over, snorts another clouds of suspicious smelling smoke, and goes back to making faint whining noises as Lexy scratches his tummy.]

[Berd somehow fails to look guilty]
