Does anyone know what happened to Chulu and Duke? I guess they're not playing anymore?

That's probably the case.  Chula hasn't logged in since late October and Duke since late November.

Hope they come back though.  They still have a spot here in the game and they have been tagging along with you in the background, Hands.  You will need the arcane firepower later probably.
