Are there any RPGs and/or sourcebooks set in the Raymond Feist/Janny Wurts created worlds? They are pretty rich environments and would make a great game world.
You should understand that from the original game perspective (The game campaign came before the books) what happens in the books took place centuries before. The game setting is 400-500 years after Magicians End.

GreenTongue:
"Empire of the Petal Throne" handles the other side of the Rift.
Some say Feist "stole" his version from it.
"Some" might be idiots. In any case much of the development was by Wurts, if anyone borrowed it might have been her.

In reply to GreenTongue (msg # 7):
Honestly I looked through some of the Petal Throne material decades ago, have friends who enjoyed it. I never got around to using it in game.

Re: Midkemia / Kelewan
There are multiple takes on it based on how you encountered it.
Anything from cool non-European setting to highly detailed alien world that requires a degree to know enough to play.
I prefer the first as I want to use it as a mashup of things I like.
