It was in the late 90s or early 2000s. It was a turn based strategy game based in space, you could create power plants for power, nuclear, fusion etc. And you collected assembly points to build different robots and weapons such as lasers, ion cannons etc for their mount points. It was pretty much all text with little graphics played through the web browser. It came out at a similar time when Earth 2025 was big. I forgot the name of the game.
