The most recent reports state he died from Covid.
Gods, I loved his music and his videos were inspired. The one for 'I will do anything for love' showed him as a vampire, resisting the urge to turn the girl. In the end his love for the girl, and not turning her at a pivitol point allowed him to become 'mostly' human again. Mostly in that he seemed to keep a few of his powers as they drove off in to a sunrise.

RIP to one of my favorites. Not only did he have a musical talent, but he did have a couple of acting gigs that were memorable. For those who don't know, he was in Rocky Horror Picture Show and then later in Black Dog with Patrick Swayze where he had a memorable appearance as the villain.
