late game, i kept encountering a legendary dragon that would keep comng back even after i killed it. it was in windhelm, and would come when i fast traveled from Solsthim to skyrim. anyone else encountering that? its getting really annoying(yes, i can one-shot it, but it keeps killing the locals...)
