I'll submit one. I've got one that needs to be returned to default, but I no longer have a default copy. If you want, Rmail me, and I send you an unscrubbed one. Scrubbing, btw, if you don't know, if removing input information, or returning a data table (or program or system) to "default" like factory reset mode, for a bios, or OS. You're 15 YO, so I wanted to be clear, despite the fact I probably look like my parents explaining a CD tray wasn't a cupholder and they wanted to make sure I knew ;)

If you wait long enough, I will probably scrub mine sheet down, and submit it to Heaven. My sheet for D&D 3.5, but most applies to all D&D. Meaning Feats probably don't need the space alotted for 5e, but then again, gestalt for 1e and 2e probably don't need to be concerned with certain subset information. Just FYI, that it will need some repurposing. It has all you listed, and much more. I sampled some, but input a lot of my own work to have tally for weight and cost. This make it easy to input into a spreadsheet and see the output is a facsimile.
