Anyone know where Rez got to? I'm in one of his games and play with him in several more. He went silent August 27th.

  I haven't  seen  Rex  Bump is  ads ?  Hope things are ok.

ANNOUNCING: Rez has passed away according to what I heard. He passed of Natural causes at the age of 46.

Though he may have been a bit controversial, I found him to be a very good role player and a very nice guy once you got to know him. May he RIP, I'll miss him!

I only remember seeing his ad bumps. Not sure if I ever played with him in game.

May he roleplay in peace with Starmaster.

Sorry to hear that. I never joined any of his games, but now that you mention it, I do miss the weekly bumps in Players Wanted. So many young people passing it seems.

Yea the problem with this is someone can just not log in every again, and usually there is no way to find out what happened.

GM in one of my games told me, a player in one of his games was a personal friend of his and checked on him when he vanished.

Never played with him (at least knowing the fact, maybe he was some other character), but it's always sad to hear someone has died as so early age.

My prayers for him, and my condolences to his family and aquitances, should any of them be able to read this

Damn. That's a shame. He and I didn't exactly get along, but it sucks to hear that he's passed let alone how young he was. My condolences for those who knew him better than I, and I hope he rests in peace.

Always sad to hear of one of ours passing away. My condolences to those that played with him.

The Players Wanted forum will surely feel his absence.

Rez had his issues but I think he tried to provide the best experience he could. Sometimes his DMPCs could be extremely difficult but he did admit he had his faults. He ran a game with one of my favorite characters, that got reincarnated into another game and another of my favorite characters who persisted.

I hope he's found happiness and peace.

I did a search and no, never been in any of his games.

I played in several of his games over 5 years ago. Although there was some friction I found his style engaging. Cannot remember what led him to ban me from all of his games but I never had any Ill will towards him. I hope he finds peace.

Odds are something happened because he hasn't updated the GM Wanted thread that he's had going for more than a decade.

And so, we loose another good one.  Another attendee to the big gaming convention in the sky.

RIP dear Rez!  None of us are perfect!  He was part of the old school players that was a stead fast GM and player who gave us some good games.  Not everyone has to agree to how someone runs their games or judge GMs by the games they tried and it didn’t work.  He was always civil to me.  It’s so sad when we hear about players dying no matter what age they are.  It’s even sadder that those that do disappearing acts actually died and no one lets us know.  Again REZ was a strong part of this community and may he be at peace forever! xx

Yes. He manipulated his own players. I had to kick him out of several of my games for obnoxious behaviors in general, and toward my other players.
