Re: ASWoT Omni-Festival
for this 67500 game post i will tell you the tale of tropical chess....
Edit: the Rules of this game i made up off the top of my head
The pieces are all replaced with different remodels and texture changes:
King = Tikigolem
Queen = Fertility Goddess
Rook = Place of Worship (PoW)
Bishop = Kahuna
Knight = Dancer/Drummer
Pawn = Peons
The Tikigolem is purely a retexture
The Queen is similar, except before you begin you must choose one:
* Rice (if you choose rice you may create an additional Peon on your side of the board every start of each of your turns, king = 7)
* Cotton (If cotton, Peons may be dazed in order for you to create a Cotton Counter)
* Mango (If Mango, when you start the game, three of your peons are 2-units tall and are able always move as they do on their first turn)
If you still own your queen, you may discard three cotton to create a peon that is 5 tall
FUNCTIONS
Dazing - dazing a piece means to lay it down horizontally (facing one side of the board, but not towards you or yer enemy)
Height - this game is played in 3 dimensions, do height mattres, pawns are 1, knights are 2, bishops and rooks are 3, queen 4, and knight 5 (7 if you choose rice queen)
Things cannot jump things of greater height
Facing - all pieces may be changed their orientation after moving them spacially, one additional may be changed without moving per turn, change face only on your turn
Rooks must be all designated the first time you move one
designate them into either Churches, Synagogues or Mosques.
Churches work like a rook, except knights are 3 tall
Synagogues makes peons be 2 tall when they are within 3 paces of a synagogue (if they are closed to a mosque they must be sacrificed)
Mosques allow you to choose a direction, and whenever a piece of 3 or more height faces that direction, you may resurrect a fallen piece
Kahuna can be sacrificed to destroy two pieces of lesser height, and you can sac a peon to make it 4 tall until end of turn
when you get knights you must choose dancer or drummer, dancers can be dazed to make a peon 3 tall
drummers can be dazed by the doubles, to make two peons 3 tall and make one move once and change it's orientation
pawns can be sacrificed to make your king one taller, or dazed by fives to destroy a counter
If you own rice synagogue, or mango mosque or cotton church every three turns (starting on turn 4) you may create two peons that can be moved twice each turn, but are immune to buffs but not debuffs
a king being jumped lowers it height by 1
a king may not be killed until it's height goes from 1 to 0
Knights can jump if you own excatly two places of worship, jumping makes them immune to the next attcak, but also you have to daze a nearby peon (within 4 spaces)
the board is also 1 larger in each way, and you have an additional few peons to fill in that space
YOU MAY START THE GAME WITH A SINGLE KAHUNA IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MOVE ALL YOUR KNIGHTS TWICE, IF IT DIES before turn 7, YOU LOSE
...
im sorry
