After discussions with my co-GM I have decided to discontinue Black Talons after an amazing 15+ years.  Interest in the game has been waning and I feel it is time to move on with new endeavours.

I may run another Star Wars game one day (perhaps with the SW5E ruleset) but the Talons have made their final run here.

Anyone who wishes to stat in touch can look me up on Servious#4094 on Discord.  I will likely still be running games (I'm working on a D&D5 right now) so stay in touch if you might like to join a future game, or just stay in touch.

I certainly am saddened at the game coming to a close, but I respect the decision.  I want to thank all of the players, past and present, and of course our GM's for a truly long lasting and enjoyable gaming experience.

I concur with Blue. This is sad, but it was a very good run in any estimation. Kudos to everyone for making this the best Star Wars TTRPG I've ever played in! Here's hoping there'll be a return to this gaming universe some day, whether as a reformation of the Talons, or some other group of sassy space adventurers. Ooh, a SWTOR/KOTOR game could be interesting...

I have enjoyed my two main campaigns in the SW universe - Black Talons and Starflower.  I certainly think another campaign in this world will eventuate.

The old republic certainly offers some grand ideas.  I'm also interested in the Clone Wars for a more militarised campaign.  However these are maybes for the future.

For now it's farewell to one type of ship and set sail on a completely different kind!

I'm partially guilty of slowing the game down especially during this terrible year. I've totally lost all energy due to working remotely for more than a year now and all the restrictions of RL (which I accept and approve 100%) and the first thing to suffer is unfortunately PBP-gaming.

I want to thank both of our marvellous GM's, Servious and Raiwaw for the journey and experience. I've loved every minute of it and it's been great fun to witness the growth of Dohr and all the other characters as well. Thanks for having me and thanks for all the fun!
