Cut and paste this sheet, then export it to your word processor.  Fill in the blanks, then get it back to me in a private message so I can go over it.

You can fill in the history/goals/motivation sections using your imagination and/or asking me for ideas/help.

The game world is a generic fantasy setting using the deities in the Player's Handbook.

If your character has an animal companion or a familiar, there is a space on the sheet for its information as well.  Please fill that in, too.
