Restoring characters
Hey,

I'm new to the whole GM thing and was wondering if there was a way to restore old character data. When changing a character name I used the Rename (New) rather than Rename (Keep) and was hoping there was a way to restore the old character.

Hi Valanthe,

Once a character's data has been deleted, there is no way to restore it.

Curiously, I've deleted characters, then created new characters with the exact same name, and a lot of the data was still there. Mind you, this happened fairly quickly, but even still, you may want to try that.
