I've been an avid roleplayer online for about 10 years. I'm a 4th grade teacher. I was a moderator on an active site, but lately it's been really inactive and I need to branch out.

Can't wait to see what there is here!

RPOL has a little bit of everything, so make sure you keep an eye on Wanted - Players and Game Proposals, Input, and Advice for new games. The Browse/Search the Games is pretty useful, too, especially if you don’t mind joining an existing game. If a game is accepting new players, it will have a red asterisk.

You've come to the right place, and made a good first move.

RPoL has a truly useful GM toolkit for helping you organize and deploy games as a GM/Referee/DM, etc.  I hope you'll consider running a game or two eventually.

If that's not for you, never fear.  There are lots of games available here in a mind-boggling array of systems and settings.  Dig in, get you some, and get gaming.  Mad Mick has already pointed the way forward there.

Since you're a former mod elsewhere, you already know enough to read the Help and FAQs, but I'll go ahead and say it anyway, since they are part of learning to use the GM toolkit and learning the culture and accepted behaviors here.

Jot back and let us all know how you're doing.  Part of the deal around here is a friendly community that will help if you just ask.
