How can I restrict write access to threads but still allow reading?  Also can we allow lurkers?

GM menu  has  a link to  click that has  where you can set a player as lurker.

 if you want 'read only" the best you can  do is start the thread , and  close it. peope can still read it , but they can post...the GM  , can still post in it.

I just tried that in one of my games..it works for the GM  to  post, even though it is closed.
