Uh.. no... no.. Icewing wasn't Ghostwalker.  Did I say that?  I meant Ghostwalker was, uh... a ... French dragon... yeah! :)

Off the top of my head I only remember three of the dragons, although if I had my copy of ED Dragons I could name some more.  Luung is Lung (apparently not the most creative dragon), Mountainshadow is Dunkelzahn, Icewing is Ghostwalker (who claims to have lost a brother; which makes sense since they were the two oldest and really were brothers <shrugs>).  Denairastas is never mentioned by name, but I get the feeling he's either somewhere in India starting a cult or he's, uh, that dragon that torched Tehran.  I'm going for the Indian cult, personally, since it sounds more his style.  That dragon who died in Germany, the head of the policlub Der Nachterstellar (Nightwing maybe?) is detailed in Dragons I believe.  Vestrivian's dead, almost certainly (or sleeping, but I'm guessing dead).  Celedyr is never detailed in ED.  Hestaby may be mentioned in passing.  Hualpa may be mentioned in passing  Lofwyr is never mentioned in ED (and a damn shame, IMO).  Mujaji is never mentioned, but she may be referred to.  Rhonabwy isn't mentioned, and neither is his enemy "the Sea Dragon."  Ryumyo is probably referred to.  Sirrurg may or may not be referenced.
