Re: Chapter 3 - Weakness is my Strength
Entering the Scorpion representative's quarters, Daidoji Tsukiko casts a cursory look over the decor, thinking that it was somewhat lacking when compared with the ornamentation that adorned most of the walls in the Crane palace.
She nodded at the offer of tea, although she made a mental note not to drink from her cup until either Bayushi Kenji or Tenma himself had taken the first sip. Though she would never say so openly, for to do so would cause unwanted conflicts and demands for the satisfaction of honour, she ahd heard tales of the Scorpion doctors and their less honourable uses of their craft.
"Please be so kind as to let Bayushi-sama know that we have arrived," the courtier asked of the servant before turning her attention once more to the room around her. On the face of it, she was merely admiring the referbishments, but her watchful eyes tried to seek out any sign of a hiding place from which a spy might overhear their conversations.
[Private to GM: OOC: She doesn't have investigate so I'm assuming it would just be a trait roll - she's never hunted for such places as part of her duties; rather she's heard of such things and is looking for any sign.]
