1). In the original 1947 "Miracle on 34th Street", Thomas Mara, Jr. asks Kris Kringle for something as he is leaving the stand. What does he ask for and when do we see it in the film?
A real football helmet, which I thought we saw wrapped at the party near the end of the movie (but apparently not).
2). In "Fellowship of the Ring", Gandalf claims to be the "wielder of the flame of Anor." What was Anor, which member of the Fellowship did it matter to, and why?
My original answer to this question was incorrect because I misheard Gandalf's statement. I originally thought he said "Arnor" which was the sister kingdom to Gondor. Thus, the answer would have been Aragorn, because Elrond swore that he would only allow Arwen to marry a mortal if he were the heir to both Gondor and Arnor.
Anor, however, is the elvish word for the sun, and it mattered most to Gandalf because, as a Maia, it was the source of his life. I would also accept Legolas as an answer.
3). In the modern Doctor Who Christmas Special "Voyage of the Damned", the Doctor and Astrid Peth speak to a newspaper seller who explains why London is so empty on Christmas. What is the newspaper seller's name and what does he give to the Doctor?
His name was Wilfred Mott, and he gave the Doctor a gun in the "End of Time".

What are the names of the fifteen birds?
Bilbo, Gandalf, Oin, Gloin, Thorin, Fili, Kili, Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Balin, Dwalin, Ori, Nori, Dori (this was the song I wished had made it from the original text to the new adaptation)
6). In the Doctor Who Chrismas Special "the Snowmen" a Classic Who enemy made an appearance. Which Doctor and companion team first met said enemy?

7). "Frozen" shares one cast member with "Chess: In Concert". Name three roles that person played.
Elsa (Frozen), Florence (Chess), Elphaba (Wicked), and/or any other parts played by Idina Medzel (okay, so I listen to a lot of musicals).
8). In "Mickey's Christmas Carol" how much of a raise had Bob Cratchit been given in exchange for what service to Ebenezer Scrooge?
Cratchit was given a ha'penny (half-penny) raise for doing Scrooge's laundry.

It's A Wonderful Life (once again, I blame my sister-in-law)
10). In the television adaptation of "Hogfather", Death says: "the greatest gift anyone can ______" when he does what?
"...give is a future." when he gives more time to the Little Matchgirl (and arranges for her to be cared for by Nobby Nobbs.
11). In "A Christmas Story" there is a breach of etiquette near the beginning of the movie. What was the breach of etiquette and what were the consequences?
Skipping the Triple Dare and going straight for the Triple Dog Dare, and Flick's tongue ended up stuck to the pole.
12). In "A Charlie Brown Christmas" what is the objection to the character assigned to play the innkeeper and what is the justification given?
The objection to Pigpen is that he's too messy, and Charlie Brown says to think of it as dust but as the soil of some great past civilization.
