ALSO: My dial tone at home is gone, because the phone company could not get rid of the static on the line interrupting my DSL service. It might be that they'll have to get my townhouse management company to tear up the driveway in order to get to phone lines that shouldn't have been paved over in the first place.

In other words, I may have very limited connectivity for the foreseeable future. I don't know when this might get resolved. I work 3 days a week, so I'd have to go to a net cafe to do any non-work-work day surfing, which isn't always an option. I'll post as often as I can.

Hi, folks. The problem is not solved. The telco's got to rip up 200 feet of cable and replace it; they say they can do it by Friday, but I'm not optimistic. I can only access the net from work, and I only work 3 days a week. I'll be able to post for the next three days (workload allowing), but after that, it'll be radio silence for 5 days.

Sorry about the long silence, but school (both the one I teach and the one I attend) is wrapping up around this time and I've got a lot of last minute tasks to complete (finals to grade and take, last minute assessments, meetings, paperwork, etc.).  Hopefully, I'll be back to a more regular posting schedule after next week (or at least have a little bit more free time to play).

 I think by this point only something similarly serious in RL will actually kick me out of this game, so take the time you need boss. Just remember that when you get back, you need to provide us something at least as awesome as naked Kedo fighting ninjas in a bath-house. Nakedly.
