Brayden just hit 3rd, has the junkiest stats I've had in awhile. But that's okay. His highest stat is a 14...

The higher level the less stats matter... imho

I concur, stats were never something I ever 'dreamed of' anyway. Sometimes lower stat characters are the funnest to play, Slivermoon, for example, plays up her low Charisma and I enjoy that more than I would any 18 charisma.

Likely the reason Grundy licked you was food rather than charisma ...

RTJ lost but joined early 2008 I think.  86,000 odd xp.  It took Nex/Hauraki 10 years to get to be a 7th level fighter before he dual classed to mage.  Currently 4th level on the mage front so probably another 4-5 years before he can be a proper dual classed fighter mage.

Uthecar - March 2014 - 4th level fighter 16,000 odd xp.

Clangedin - Uncertain but probably 2016 -27,000 odd xp.  Now a dual classed dwarven Paladin/cleric due to several wishes. 2nd/5th

I agree with Gozo.  As levels increase magic items even out the stats other than CON.  Always have the highest CON you can have.

Or maybe my ten charisma is fourteen in doggy stats, she does have a good heart. Dogs are good at spotting that.

Or dogs can’t sense people’s  charisma at all.

Is there a stat for how good one smells... ?

Chie started April 10, 2017. That's when I had her sheet ready anyway.

In about three and a half years she's reached 4th level, 13,429xp. Considering Kensai have a slow advancement rate, that's actually pretty good, I think.

I requested to make Gwire as a second PC on March 2, 2014.

He's now a 6th level Cleric with 34,900xp.

Impressive. My long play characters are all from pen-n-paper games. There are only three, I tend to GM more than play, but I have a played a character in a long standing GURPS fantasy setting off and on for a little over twelve years (362 points), a 1st ed Warhammer fantasy character for eight years (Protagonist-Footpad-Racketeer-Engineer-Gunner-Hunter-Trapper), Star Frontiers off and on for nine years (Human Military PSA fully specced out).

I have had four campaigns that ran over five years (well off and on, military life can be hard on a campaign) GURPS (2 campaigns, Sci-fi six years, fantasy seven years), DnD 3.5 that lasted eight years, Twilight 2000 (original) starting early in the war that lasted for ten years, and a near six year old school Traveler campaign.

I think I hold the record for most characters killed in the course of play. Total count, in a single session, in a single campaign, in a single genre, etc. You name the specifics and I probably have the most characters killed during play. But, it was so damn fun to take the risks even when it didn't work.
