You know with our worldwide cast of players that we can't go several posts a day and just skip people - I update every group as fast as I can, but I often have to wait for folks to jump in. For example, Groups 3 and 9 seem to fly, but maybe that's just me.

Sorry, wasn't complaining, I just got no life...

No worries. Sometimes I wish games went faster, too, but right now it's fine. With the new school year being all virtual, I am on call to help my daughter with her classes where I can.

For those of you who saved your original RTJs, I have a question. How long has it taken you to get to the level you now are? I'm trying to find the sweet spot of the game like, "after x years, you should be y level," approximately. I know everyone has taken different paths around the realm, and I know it used to be about a level a year until about fourth or fifth level. Any info you can throw my way would be appreciated.

5th July 2019, I'm only level 2 still after over a year of playing.

Three and a half years (Dec 30, 2016) and 6-ish levels (F2/T3/MU1) and just over 7000 xp

Sadly my original RTJ is lost in the annals of history, but I for one like slow games, and always prefer lower level campaigns anyway, so the pace here has been just perfect for me.

March 2019 - 3rd level Fighter.  1.5 years and a little over 4k xp.

RTJ on April 26, 2011. Character approved May, 4th 2011.

I've got 41,600xp total, split between Fighter(4) and Thief(6). I'd be just shy of 7th level if I were single-class Thief. A little less than a level a year.

Joined December 2010 and just made level 7 last month. That time frame includes a period of hiatus and adventuring for some time with lower level companions. Errol may not be typical. My second character was started in June 2017 and is level 4.

In all fairness, my character has stats that most people dream of :)
