- Medic finds an artificer's lab in the basement of Syd's house
- Syd transcribes the spell Detect Dragonmark to his spellbook

- third day IC
- Syd runs in a fight with Tarkel in the tavern Sea Whore, after which he
meets captain Saal, Tarkel's future employer
- Syd sends a letter to his mother in Stormehome, requesting transport back home
- Syd manages to open the box the Orien courier carried
- the box contained a mysterious Xen'drik book, which had extensive magical protections; including a trigger summoning spell
- the Aerenal emissary arrives, requesting diplomatic aid from Sydney

- Syd engages the High Prince and his advisers in delicate negotiations
- after a meeting which took most of the day, they reach an agreement
- the High Prince agrees to hand Captain Hagal and the stolen goods
- a stranger breaks in in Syd's house, but runs off when encountered
- he supposedly wanted to steal the Xen'drik book

- Syd and Medic leave Regalport on board of the Kylaelar Thulloni's ship

- Syd and Medic arrive to Valenar, to a small town on the coast
- Syd meets Governor Baleolorn d'Lyrandar, and helps him locate his missing caravan
- Syd leaves for Norinath, and during the travel is being attacked by raiders
- Chavez dies
- Medic and Syd arrive to Norinath

- Syd and Medic manage to find transport on the airship Dancing Star, piloted by Lord Captain Wister d'Lyrandar
- Fiera reveals herself during the battle with the Tharashk hunter, killing him in one blow
- Fiera, Syd i Medic board Wister's airship and travel to Sharn (taking a stop in Karrnath)

- Syd leaves the Orien book at Morgrave, hoping to find more information about it
- Medic meets up with her old friend, Broken (Flores), and agrees to meet him tomorrow
- Syd meets with Ulricha, Gustavus and Tomasso
- Syd meets with Ruby, and spends a night with her

- Lady Dhalia Vasateli d'Lyrandar leaves Sharn, returning to Stormhome
- Syd spends the day researching and translating his spells and the Book
Far, Aryth 20th, 998 YK
- Syd meets Carla, Solia's daughter
- Syd goes to the ir'Tain gala, after which Fiona arrives
- Syd and Fiona head off home, to be woke up in the middle of the night by Carla
- Syd goes to Sharn's Welcome in search of a young prostitute whose kidnapping was witnessed by Carla
- Syd meets Old Ruvath, a shifter private eye
Sar, Aryth 21th, 998 YK
- Syd goes to meet up with Ruvath (in the Black Rose tavern), just to get attacked on his way there by assassins
- after the attack, he wakes up in a Jorasco House of Healing
- he meets up with Ruvath later on, and joins up with him to go and talk to Lettie's boyfriend
- afterwards, they go to the house to which Ruvath followed the man who appeared in the brothel the other night
- they find Lettie's body, and the maniac who killed her, and Lettie's newborn (uharmed) child
- after calling the Sharn Watch, they leave for Skyway, taking the child

- Syd meets with Ruvath, and the shifter detective reveals his true identity as Ruv, the changeling
- he returned home, to await for Lord Tarkanan, who was revealed to be a 'she', and the mother of late Lettie
- he receives the entrapped invitation to the Sharn Opera, from Lord Zykiel Orien
Mol, Aryth 23, 988 YK
- Syd finds a new apartment, and spends the rest of the day translating the book
- when he visits Morgrave, he finds out about prof. Daskelly-Oneger's murder
- Syd meets up with Fiera, and talks to her about the Thuranni involvement in the theft of the book
- Syd meets Lord Zykiel in Sharn Opera, than later in the evening bumps into Gustavus
- he spends the evening talking to Gus in the Rack

- Syd, Fiona, Medic and Fidolis move into the new apartment
- Syd and Fiona meet Elar in a restaurant
- Syd proposes to Fiona
- Syd receives the invitation to teach at Morgrave

- Syd finds the small dragon on the balcony
- while discussing the job offer at Morgrave, Syd discovers his and Fiona's excoriation
- Carla informs Syd of everything she knows about the excoriation
- Fiona takes Fidolis to the Jorasco
- Syd meets Ruvath, and sends him to investigate Solia
- Syd receives the 10,000 gp from Lord Tarkanan

- Fiona and Syd are awakened by the Thuranni assassin watching their apartment
- Fiona and Syd discuss Hagaz'al Tosh
Far, Aryth 26, 988 YK
- Ruvath informs Syd of Solia's movement
- Syd and Fiona pick the child up at the Jorasco's, and talk to the orc nurse
- Syd goes to the Morgrave, to accept the job offer
- after accepting the offer at Morgrave University, Syd goes to his new office and finds there a goblin, Lori Agamev, assistant of the old professor
- Syd and Fiona go to the Esoteric Order of Aureon with the child
- Syd decides to go to Droaam to look for the Master Transmuter Ronald Golikin of the Esoteric Order of Aureon because he can help with the child’s sickness
- before leaving for Droaam Syd goes to the Kundarak Bank to deposit the Hagaz al Tosh
Sar, Aryth, 27
- Syd goes to Ruvath and tells him to keep an eye on Solia while he is in Droaam
- Syd reads an article in the newspapers about hordes of Droaamites attacking the Brelish army
27 Aryth - 2 Vult
- voyage to Droaam

-while staying in the inn a general approaches Syd and asks him to help with the Brelish conflict with Droaam

- Medic and Syd part ways, Medic goes looking for the Master Transmuter while Syd goes to help the Brelish Army
- during the night a storm forces them to hide in a cave where they are attacked by giant rats
- Syd finds a ring in the cave
Vult, 4 - Vult, 7
- Syd travels to the Brelish military camp with soldier escort
Vult, 8
- they reach the military camp and Syd sees Wister’s airship and goes to talk to him
- Syd battles and slays the Droaamish leader and the travels back to Sharn (teleportation) with the Master Transmuter
- he finds havoc at the house back in Sharn, Fiona on the loose, torturing Solia d'Lyrandar
- Soila escapes, Ruvath leaves, Fiona is unconscious, Dantian arrives, and Syd finds out he is no longer excoriated
- Syd goes looking for Solia in the rainy night of Sharn

- Syd and Fiona take the child to rhe Master Transmuter
- Syd gets an invitation to a duel with Lord Zykiel Orien
Vult, 11
- two bells after midnight, the duel with Orien
- after the duel Syd and Dantian go to Syd’s house
- Syd receives a message from Merrix to meet with him
Vult, 12
- Syd goes to Ruvath to apologize about mad Fiona
- Syd uses scrying to find that Medic left him for Flores
- Syd goes to Vadalis enclave and rents an eagle
- they find Medic and Flores, fight with Flores, he escapes
- Syd and Medic return home
Vult, 13
- Syd finally gets the letter from his mother, he finds out that his mother is no longer in Stormhome, they made her leave in exchange for Fiona's and his admission back in the House, Ulaa d'Lyrandar arranged this and wishes to meet with Syd
- Syd goes to the Cogs to talk with Merrix, he wants the book
- after, he goes to meet with Ulaa, she wants Syd to come with her to Stormhome
- Syd goes to Elar and they visit an art gallery, talk about Merrix and the book and Syd requests services of House Thuranni in the matter with Medic and Flores
Vult, 14
- Syd informs Fiona about Ulaa’s wishes and Fiona is not happy about it
- Syd goes to Morgrave
