Rothdar's Test

As the heroes walked through the white door, they were outside the lighthouse. As if they had just walked out the front door. Four sailors walked up the path towards them and the lighthouse.

"Ever worked on a ship," one of them asked the duo while slapping a club in his hand repeatedly.

The other three moved forward with their clubs ready to strike.

Re: Rothdar's Test
Eyes like steel, Rothdar drew his sword in a flash. He held it steady in front of himself in his right hand. His left was raised as well, palm flat and facing the advancing sailors. His gaze remained locked on the man who had spoken.

"Can't say I have," Rothdar said, "And I'm not sure I like your recruitment tactics. Call your boys back."

Ready action: Cast burning hands on the advancing three sailors if they don't back away.

Re: Rothdar's Test
Since the sailors would impress them into service he had no problem for making problems for the sailors.

Drawing his sword out he stepped forward. Do not delay this man in his test if you value your health. Search elsewhere for new sailors you will not take any one here.

"HMPH!"  the dwarf snorts in disgusted contempt.  He raises his fists, but does not yet grasp his hammer.

Re: Rothdar's Test
The sailors pressed forward, ignoring the warnings from the apprentice and the squire, and Rothdar's flames enveloped them. The one who had addressed them was further back and only caught the edge of the flames.

And while he avoided his clothes catching fire, the others did not. This forced them to drop to the ground and as they rolled on the ground, they were all able to extinguish the flames.

Re: Rothdar's Test
Sliding the sword back into its sheathe he moves towards the single standing man. You have to be the most foolish sailor i have ever seen. Trying to take on a armed group to impress them onto your ship?.

He will hold action unless the man trys to walk past him towards Rothdar then he would shield bash him(or try)
