I'm assuming Vella is still around, give her a few more days to find out what is going on.

If there is only two of you, have you considered transferring to other games? Not the best solution, granted, but probably the easiest.

I guess we have, but we've Vella still around (which was the case a few weeks back) I guess we all wanted to play out the adventure, with us almost solving the immediate threat to Scardale. Myself, I can see that we could either transfer to another region or bring more players in (provided we have an active DM).

I think that this is a doomed section. Too bad.

Any suggestions for a transfer? Not many calls for a rogue...

   Could be doomed, yes. Bring in 1-3 more players [for a total of 3-5] or the two of you transfer out - those seem to be the two best options at this point.

In other news: FairieFire has returned! Hopefully this will solve the DM situation, and concerning players I hope we can work something out as we go along.

I have not read that she is ready to DM yet.  So far as I have seen, she just popped in to say "hello".

DM Lobo or DM BadCatMan can start the region up in case she is not ready.

If you guys want something to do until it's decided what to do with you, I can teleport you over to the Sword Coast South / Amn finale, there to help battle hideous tentacle beasts from the Far Realms, and to stop the arrival of Cthulhu's apprentice.

Then you can teleport back here or elsewhere or wherever.

Actually, for RoA 1, I'm still managing to stay just a player.  I like to preserve my sense of surprise.

I had considered it when the call went out, since for my 9 years of rp'ing, i'd say 75-85% has been spent "on the back side of the screen".  Among my friends, I'm the one they ask all the rules questions, since I know the books well, and I frequently read the FAQ wizards puts out.  (Since I don't get Dragon, that's the only way I can read Sage advice, which was always my favorite part of the mag.)

But, Rpol started off as the only place I could play as a player, and the few times I've tried dm'ing on here, either my players leave me, or I get busy with other things and the game dies on its own.  So I'm trying to stick to pc's right now.  Maybe in the future I might switch over here, it is a nice environment to play (except for the new post indicator going off all the time and getting my hopes up only to realize that its not this game...)

I got sucked in to a DM call shortly after I found RoA to replace a missing DM, and now I run three regions.  That's one of the nice things about message board games.  I get to do both.

You know... you'd think that a group composed of almost all dm's would be a little more livelier...  :/  I know you've all logged in, so what's up?

I can't speak for the others, but I'm mostly waiting on our illustrious DM'ess to let us know what's going on.

I can bounce along with IC 'idle chit chat' if you like, and want somebody to talk to.

I'd mainly just like the game to get going...  :(

Yeah, same here - I haven't seen her posting in the other games of hers I'm in (or the one I'm playing with her in, either), so I'm just hoping everything's all right with her, to be honest.
